日前，国际DOI 基金会(IDF)正式授权中国科学技术信息研究所（以下简称中信所）为DOI注册机构(RA)，同时中信所授权北京万方数据股份有限公司为用户提供DOI的注册及相关服务。中信所作为公益类服务机构，将通过与国内外相关机构的合作，积极促进中文数字资源标识的国际标准化，推进DOI在国内出版界、信息服务界的应用，使读者及其他用户能够可靠地访问数字资源，使出版、信息服务等相关机构能够基于相同的标识与链接标准，方便地实现联合与共享。

        ISTIC (The Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China) has been approved by IDF (the International DOI® Foundation) as one of RAs (the Registration Agency) of DOI ® (Digital Object  Identifier).

        Meanwhile, the WANFANG Data CO., Ltd has been permitted by ISTIC to register DOIs and provide related services for users. ISTIC, as a national non-profit information service organization is cooperating with related institutes from domestic or overseas to promote standardization of Chinese digital resources identifiers and extend application of DOI in the publishing world and other information service worlds. Those activities help readers and other users access digital resource reliably, as well as help publishers and other information institutes achieve resource uniting and sharing much easier and more convenient based on the same standard of identifier and linkage.
