Big data of National Science and Technology Management Information SystemIntegrating all operation and data resources on the whole chain of national science and technology planning and management, to form a nationally unified database of science and technology projects, database of scientific and technological personnel, database of scientific research institutions and database of outputs from science and technology projects. By continiously promoting the inter-connection and inter-exchange of data and resourses among different Science and Technology Management Information Systems including national level, sector level and local level, and building up and improving regular data exchanges and updates mechanism for national and local science and technology management, finally we will set up a national science and technology management information system that features openness and unification, functional integrity, inter-connection and inter-exchange, safety and high efficiency.
